Are eXpace parking reservations guaranteed?Yes! When you book with eXpace, we guarantee you will have a spot to park at the price you paid or your money back. While eXpace does not physically hold a specific spot open for each reservation, we work closely with our partners to monitor inventory levels and avoid overbooking.
What if something goes wrong with my reservation?Have no fear, our Support Team is here! If you need assistance with your reservation, please reach out to us at support@expace.app. Please provide your user ID and reservation details to help us quickly locate the relevant information.
What is eXpace cancellation policy?Reservations can be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase for a full refund. Refunds after this period are subject to review and may not be guaranteed*. Once a reservation has started it can’t be refunded. In case of technical issues or service disruptions, please contact our support team for assistance. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
*Certain exceptions may apply. For more information, refer to our Terms of Service.Are there any additional fees?The eXpace price is the entire price you’ll pay for a reservation, and all applicable taxes and fees are included in the price that you see at checkout.
Can I park an RV, van, or bus?eXpace is intended for personal vehicles only, so we cannot accept reservations for RVs, vans, or buses at this time.
Can I enter before my reservation starts or leave after it ends?No. Please enter and exit within your reservation timeframe; failure to do so may result in a penalty from the facility operator. You can check your reservation times on your Bookings Section, and extend most active reservations in the eXpace app.
Does my reservation provide in and out privileges?It depends on the location. Some facilities have in and out privileges and other additional services, but at this time most facilities that eXpace partners provide the same service to eXpace customers as they do to all drivers.
